Two men jailed after police chase at speeds of up to 70mph in Leeds

Two men have been jailed following a high-speed police pursuit in Leeds that reached up to 70mph earlier this year.
Joshua Shand and Sufiyan Ali were sentenced at Leeds Crown Court on November 27 after pleading guilty to supplying Class A drugs.
The pursuit on June 7 resulted in house searches during which police uncovered cocaine, cannabis, cash, and a machete.
Shand, who was also charged with dangerous driving and failing to stop, received a total sentence of five years and 11 months in jail.
Ali was handed two years and nine months behind bars.
