Three men held over sexual assault allegations involving teenagers in Leeds

Three men have been arrested in connection with allegations of sexual assault involving two teenage girls in Leeds.

Police were called to the Seacroft Green shopping centre at around 8.45pm on 30th December after reports of suspicious behaviour in the area.

Officers quickly arrived and arrested two men, aged 38 and 44, on suspicion of sexual assault offences against the teenagers.

A third man, aged 20, was arrested on 31st December for similar offences.

All three men remain in custody as investigations continue.

Leeds District Safeguarding officers are working to support the victims and establish the full circumstances of the case.

In the meantime, uniformed officers have been conducting reassurance patrols in the area.
