Brighton agree deal with Leeds for Pascal Struijk

Brighton have agreed a deal with Leeds for defender Pascal Struijk, the Press Association understands.
The Seagulls are looking to strengthen again following the sale of centre-back Jan Paul van Hecke to Tottenham in a £52million deal and a verbal agreement for an undisclosed fee has been reached, club sources confirmed.
Struijk, who joined Leeds from Ajax in January 2018 and made 34 appearances in the Premier League last season, is out of contract at the end of next season when he could leave Elland Road on a free transfer.
A deal between the two clubs in the region of £20m is widely reported to have been agreed. Brighton declined to comment when contacted by PA on Sunday afternoon.
