West Yorkshire PSCO found not guilty of sexual offences at trial

The 42 year old remains suspended by the force pending disciplinary proceedings

A West Yorkshire PSCO has been found not guilty of several sexual offences, alleged to have happened while he was off duty.

42 year old Paul Simpkins has been cleared of three counts of sexual assault at Bradford Crown Court.

He remains suspended from duty by West Yorkshire Police, but this is now being reviewed alongside possible misconduct proceedings.
