Missing Bradford man turns up ALIVE just days after five arrested on suspicion of his murder
Ismail Ali turned up at a police station yesterday - he was last seen leaving work in May 2020
A Bradford man missing for five years has turned up alive at a police station, just days after police launched an investigation into his suspected murder.
Ismail Ali hadn't been seen since leaving his work at Gulam Food Stores, on Cumberland Road, at 2.30pm on May 29 2020.
However yesterday he reported to a police station in Bradford and is now being safeguarded by officers.
His family have been told and Ismail is said to be safe and well.
Three women aged 47, 54 and 55 and two men aged 27 and 51 have all been detained on Monday on suspicion of Ismail's murder.
All have since been released on bail.
Police now say they've carried out searches at three properties in Bradford and seized a large amount of cash, with a number of those arrested on Monday also being questioned on suspicion of money laundering.
