A man's been stabbed in West Yorkshire
A cordon's in place in an area of Keighley as police investigate
Police are investigating after a man was stabbed in Keighley.
Officers were called at 19.57 yesterday evening (25 March) by the ambulance service to reports a man had been stabbed on Arctic Street.
The man aged 31 was taken to hospital with serious but not believed to be life threatening injuries.
A scene is currently in place whilst enquiries are underway.
Detective Inspector Laura Casey of Bradford CID said:
“Extensive enquiries are underway to find the person responsible for the serious assault.
“We are working closely with Keighley Neighbourhood Policing team to provide reassurance in the area.
“I would appeal to anyone who lives in the area to check their CCTV cameras or ring doorbell footage, as it might have captured something that may be important to the investigation.
“We are also keen to speak to anyone who was driving in the area who may have captured anything on their dash-cam to come forward.”
