Two charged over robberies near M62 in Brighouse

Two men have been charged following a series of robberies near the M62 in Brighouse earlier this month.
The crimes are alleged to have happened at night in a wooded area off the A644 Wakefield Road near junction 25 on the Huddersfield side of the motorway.
Dylan Fisher, 19, of Dunwood Park Courts in Oldham, faces three charges of robbery said to have happened on June 18, 19 and 28, along with a charge of blackmail in connection with the June 19 robbery.
Theodore Schofield, 18 and of no fixed address, faces the same charged.
Both appeared before magistrates in Bradford yesterday, with remand ahead of their Bradford Crown Court appearance on July 30.
Detectives are urging witnesses or victims to come forward.
Detective Inspector David Purcell of West Yorkshire Police said: "We take reports of street robbery extremely seriously and are ready to support anyone else who may have been a victim."
"Speaking to us could help protect others as well as support the ongoing investigation."
