Leeds United sign Facundo Buonanotte on loan until the end of the season
The Argentinian international joins from Brighton & Hove Albion
Leeds United have secured the signing of Facundo Buonanotte on a loan deal until the end of the Premier League season.
The 21-year-old arrives from Brighton & Hove Albion, bringing with him experience in both the top flight and internationally.
Buonanotte began his professional football career at Rosario Central in his native Argentina, where he made 32 appearances before transferring to Brighton shortly after his 18th birthday.
For the Seagulls, he played in 50 matches across various competitions before heading out on loan for further development.
He shone during his temporary move to Leicester City last season, playing 35 games, scoring six goals, and providing three assists in a challenging campaign for the Foxes.
Earlier this season, Buonanotte was loaned to Chelsea, where he featured eight times in the first half of the campaign.
In addition to his domestic experience, Buonanotte has played in the Champions League, Europa League, and has earned two caps for the Argentinian national team.
