Man charged over fatal crash on Leeds Outer Ring Road in 2023
Two teenagers were killed in the crash, while a third was seriously hurt
A man has been charged in connection with a fatal crash on Leeds Outer Ring Road in Meanwood in September 2023.
Marcio Domingos, a 24-year-old of South Farm Road in Leeds, faces two counts of causing death by dangerous driving.
It comes following the deaths of Polite Moyo, 18, and Mayar Eldessouky, 19.
He has also been charged with one count of causing serious injury by dangerous driving in relation to another 18 year old, who was seriously hurt in the crash.
Domingos is expected to appear at Leeds Magistrates Court on February 13.
