Murder charge after man dies following serious assault in Leeds
It comes after the death of a 43 year old man in hospital
A man is due in court in Leeds charged with murder, after a man who was seriously injured in an assault last week died in hospital.
27 year old Hayden Clarke, of Halton Moor Road, is due before Leeds Crown Court on Thursday.
He is accused of the murder of 43 year old Mark Shaw, who was fatally injured in Seacroft on July 9 and passed away under the care of medics yesterday (July 13).
Clarke had appeared before Leeds Magistrates’ Court on July 14 charged with assault.
