Police are investigating what they're calling a 'targeted attack' on Luck Lane
A man has suffered life-changing injuries following a shooting in Huddersfield yesterday evening (December 23).
Police were called at 7.28pm to reports of someone being shot on Luck Lane in the Paddock area of the town.
The injured man was taken to hospital, where it was confirmed he had suffered serious leg injuries.
It was also reported that a dark-coloured vehicle left the scene following the incident.
A cordon remains in place this morning as officers from West Yorkshire Police continue their investigations into what they are treating as a targeted attack.
Police are appealing for anyone who may be able to help with information or has footage to get in touch with them on 101.
