Family of a man who died in collision in Halifax have paid tribute to him
The family of a man who died in a road traffic collision in Halifax have paid tribute to him.
Joshua McBride aged 18, died in hospital on Saturday, 4 July from injuries he suffered after coming off a motorcycle.
Joshua’s family have released the following statement:
“Joshua was only 18 when he was taken away from his family and friends. Although there have been lots of ups and downs Joshua was always kind caring and polite to those around him. Joshua has left a big hole in many people’s hearts who were around him. Joshua’s baby will always know who his daddy was and how much he was loved. Rest in peace to our star in the sky”.
The collision is being investigated by the Major Collision Enquiry Team who are appealing for witnesses.
Joshua was riding a 14-plate SYM 125 motorcycle on Burnley Road in the Luddendenfoot area of Halifax at about 7.08pm on Tuesday, 16 June. No other vehicles are believed to have been involved.
