Fourteen arrests in 'large scale' operation to tackle Class A drugs in West Yorkshire

Fourteen arrests have now been made as part of what police are calling a 'large scale' operation to tackle to sale of Class A drugs in West Yorkshire.
Seven men were arrested on suspicion of Conspiracy to Supply Class A drugs in Bradford on Monday (November 10), bringing the total number of suspects in the investigation up to 14.
Those being questioned are aged between 22 and 43, with 50 kilos of suspected Class A drugs seized.
Detective Inspector Kevin Daly of West Yorkshire Police, said: “Drug dealing is an absolute scourge on our communities, and we are determined to do all we can to make those involved in this offending answer for their criminality.
“This latest large scale operation has now resulted in the arrest of 14 men on suspicion of Conspiracy to Supply Class A drugs and the seizure of large quantities of suspected Class A drugs.
“We continue to appeal to anyone who has information about drugs offending or any form of serious organised crime in their communities to report it. We absolutely do investigate all intelligence we receive and want to thank all those who come forward with information.
