Dominic Calvert-Lewin is a major doubt for Leeds for Sunday's Premier League game at Nottingham Forest due to a thigh injury.

Head coach Daniel Farke said he will make a late decision on his number one striker as his side bid to bounce back from last week's disappointing 3-0 defeat at Brighton.

Farke said: "It's a little adductor strain, it will be a tight race so we will make a late call. His rehab is progressing well, but he's not in team training yet.

"We still have a couple more days. We won't take any risks and it will be a late decision if he travels with us. He is a question mark."

Farke also revealed defender Sebastiaan Bournaw was struggling to be fit due to an injury sustained this week in training.

"There's also a little question mark over Sebastiaan Bornauw. He got a hit against his MCL in training this week and missed a session so we'll see if he's available, but all the others are fine and ready to go."

Leeds are 16th in the table, four points above the relegation zone and five better off than second-bottom Forest, who are chasing their first league win since the opening game of the season.

Farke's side's only away win this season was a 3-1 success at bottom club Wolves in September, while they have lost all four of their other league games on the road.
