66-year-old man arrested after handgun assault in Bradford
Police were called to Pembroke Street last night
Police are investigating an assault involving a handgun in Bradford last night.
Officers were called to the scene on Pembroke Street at around 7.30pm, following reports of a group of men attacking another man.
Armed officers were deployed and the victim sustained minor injuries.
Police carried out searches at two addresses in the West Bowling area.
A 66-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession of a firearm and assault and remains in police custody.
Patrols in the area have been stepped up.
