Appeal to find suspects after Dewsbury knife incident
West Yorkshire Police say a man was left with a neck injury in a bookmakers on April 3rd.
A man and woman are being sought by West Yorkshire Police after a man was seriously assaulted with a knife in Dewsbury.
A man was left with a serious neck injury inside a bookmakers at around 1.50pm in Foundry Street on Friday 3 April.
Nicholas Wood, 38 and Jasmin Briggs, 23, are wanted on suspicion of causing serious bodily harm as the victim needed hospital treatment.
Nicholas Wood is described as of slim build, with short, brown hair. He was last seen wearing a light grey jumper and joggers, with a black cap.
It is believed that he has links to the Huddersfield and Wakefield areas, and also Bridlington and Hull.
Jasmin Briggs is described as a white , approximately 5ft 1in tall and slim build with dark brown shoulder length hair. She was last seen wearing a black jumper and black trousers.
It is believed that she also has links to the Huddersfield and Wakefield areas, and also Bridlington, Driffield, and Hull.
A 46-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of Section 18 wounding in connection with the assault and bailed pending further enquiries.
