Appeal after pedestrian hit by e-scooter in Bradford

Police are appealing for witnesses after a pedestrian was hit by an e-scooter in Bradford, suffering serious injuries.

The collision happened at 8:30am on June 20 near Centenary Square in the city centre.

A man was taken to hospital and later discharged.

A black e-scooter is believed to have travelled from the Alhambra Theatre across Centenary Square in the moments before the collision.

The rider failed to stop at the scene and continued on down Market Street.

Anyone with information is being urged to contact South Yorkshire Police on 101.
