Five men have been arrested on suspicion of hare coursing in Norfolk.
A member of the public reported suspicious activity and a dog loose on the A1270 at Beeston Lane, Spixworth, on Monday 3 February at 15.23pm.
Officers attended and subsequently arrested five men, three in their 30s, one in their 20s, and one in their 40s, on suspicion of hunting a wild mammal with dogs.
Two of the men were taken to Aylsham Police Investigation Centre, and three were taken to Wymondham Police Investigation Centre for questioning.
The man in his 40s was also arrested on suspicion of possessing a sharp, pointed article in public.
All five remain in detention while inquires continue.
Four dogs were also seized.
