Two men wanted for questioning after alleged machete attack in Walsall
It follows an incident on Harden Road earlier this month
Police are seeking to identify two men as part of their investigation into an alleged assault involving a weapon in Walsall.
The incident was reported to have occurred around 10.50am on 2nd July, when a young man was attacked on Harden Road in Bloxwich.
A third-party report suggested that the victim was confronted by two men, one of whom was carrying a machete.
The assaulted individual managed to escape, and police have not yet identified him.
As part of ongoing enquiries, officers are looking to speak with Michael Walker, aged 45, and John Walker, aged 24, both from Walsall.
Drivers who were in the area at the time and may have captured footage on dashcams are also urged to contact police.
