Three charged over Birmingham city centre stabbing

A teenager and two men have been charged in connection with the stabbing of a 17-year-old boy in Birmingham city centre.
West Midlands police were called to disorder outside the Bullring, near The Bull statue, just after 8pm on Thursday (13 Nov).
A boy aged 17 was taken to hospital after being stabbed, but his injuries are not life-threatening or life changing.
Five people were arrested - three of those have been charged with wounding with intent, affray, and possession of a bladed article.
Mussa Gul, 18, Zain Hussain, 18, and a 15-year-old boy - who cannot be named for legal reasons - have all been remanded in custody, and will be appearing before Birmingham Magistrates Court on Monday (17 Nov).
Two men aged 18 and 22 have been bailed with strict conditions.
Police say they have increased patrols in the city centre, with more high-visibility patrols in key locations.
