A teenage boy has been charged over a collision involving a car and a cyclist in Bloxwich.

West Midlands Police say they arrested a 17-year-old on Friday 18 April after a vehicle was driven at a teenage cyclist in Mossley Lane.

The boy has now been charged with attempted wounding with intent, dangerous driving, driving without insurance, driving without a licence, and failing to stop for officers.

He is due before Walsall Magistrates Court on Monday 21 April.
