Six men charged with exploitation, burglary, and drug offences in Shropshire

Six men have been charged with offences involving exploitation, burglary, and drug supply in Shropshire and surrounding areas.

The charges relate to incidents occurring between September 2024 and December 2025.

Jason Maddox, a 45-year-old from Bridgnorth Road in Broseley, faces multiple charges including conspiracy to steal, conspiracy to conceal criminal property, and five counts of burglary.

Dean Rogerson, 35, of Bridgnorth Road in Broseley, along with Alfie Price, 24, of Lodge Road in Donnington, Grant Hill, 27, of Gilbert Close in Newport, Billy Langford, 31, of Miners Meadow in Broseley, and Alfie Oliver, 23, of Birch Meadow in Broseley, have been charged with arranging travel for exploitation, conspiracy to steal, and conspiracy to conceal criminal property.

Additionally, Rogerson is charged with involvement in the supply of class A drugs (cocaine), class B drugs (cannabis), and two counts of burglary. He has been remanded and will appear at Kidderminster Magistrates Court today, Saturday 27th June.

Langford faces an additional charge of burglary.

Apart from Rogerson, the other accused—Maddox, Price, Hill, Langford, and Oliver—have been bailed and are slated to appear at Kidderminster Magistrates Court on 28th July.
