Police are re-appealing for witnesses after two people were hurt when a car was driven at pedestrians in Birmingham city centre.
It is believed two men were involved in a dispute on Bordesley Street, when a light grey car was driven at them at around 11.25pm on News Years Day.
Two women who were waiting to get a taxi were then hit by the vehicle, which was driven away at speed.
The women, both aged 20, suffered potentially life-changing leg injuries.
Officers are still investigating what happened, and reviewing hours of CCTV footage. They believe there are people who may have seen what happened or who were in the area at the time, that haven't yet come forward.
Detective Inspector Toni Holl, from Birmingham CID said: "This was an appalling attack, seriously injuring two women who were not involved in any dispute beforehand.
"Our investigation continues to progress, and we are still actively speaking to people who saw what happened.
"However it's really important that if you were in the area at the time and you haven't yet spoken to us, you do get in touch.
"Any detail, no matter how small, could help our enquiries as we try to get justice for those who were injured."
