Crimestoppers has announced a reward of up to £5,000 for information leading to the arrest of a man connected to an aggravated burglary in the West Midlands.

On 16th July, four men reportedly forced their way into a family home and conducted a search before fleeing the scene.

The police believe that 20-year-old Kyle Wilkinson-Jones was one of the group involved.

He was later seen discarding a firearm on a nearby wall, which officers subsequently recovered and identified as a live, viable weapon.

Detective Inspector Tom Lyons from West Midlands Police said, "If you know where Kyle is or have any information, please get in touch."

Inspector Lyons emphasized the option to contact Crimestoppers rather than directly approaching the police: "You don’t need to speak to us; you can speak to the independent charity Crimestoppers and remain completely anonymous."

Crimestoppers assures complete anonymity, stating that no personal details are recorded or shared.

Anyone with information is encouraged to call the independent charity on 0800 555 111.

To qualify for the reward, information must be provided directly to Crimestoppers and lead to Wilkinson-Jones's arrest.
