Tributes paid to woman killed in Oldbury collision
Carol Knowles died aged 62
The family of a woman killed in a crash in Oldbury say their 'lives have been changed forever".
Carol Knowles was rushed to hospital after the crash on Wolverhampton Road on October 29th 2025.
The 62-year-old later died in hospital.
A 31-year-old arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving has since been released on bail.
Carol’s family have released this tribute: “We are heartbroken to share that our beloved Carol Knowles died following a road traffic collision in Oldbury. Our lives have been changed forever.
"Carol was the brightest part of our world. She was known for her warm smile, her positive spirit, and her ability to bring happiness wherever she went.
"A loving wife, mother, mother in law, grandmother and a dedicated Court Usher.
"A loyal friend to many, Carol carried herself with kindness, dignity, and grace. She was the heart of our family, and her loss is immeasurable.
"We ask for privacy as we support one another through this devastating time. We are deeply grateful for the outpouring of love and support we have received.
"We extend our sincere thanks to the emergency services and everyone who assisted at the scene and has supported us since."
