Murder investigation underway in Smethwick
A woman was found dead at an Industrial Estate off Woodburn Road
Police have said a murder investigation is underway after a woman was found dead in Smethwick this morning (11th August).
Officers were called to an industrial estate off Woodburn Road at just after 6.10am.
The woman was sadly confirmed dead at the scene.
West Midlands Police said:
"We're in the early stages of our investigation and a police scene remains in place.
"We'd ask for anyone with information to contact us via 101 and quote log 622 of 11/8/25."
