Motorcyclist seriously injured in crash in Hall Green
A man is in hospital after a serious collision involving a motorbike and a car
A man is in hospital with serious injuries after a motorbike collided with a car on Stratford Road in Hall Green.
Emergency services, including an ambulance, paramedic officer, and a MERIT trauma doctor and critical care paramedic, responded to the incident shortly before 11pm on Thursday night.
According to a spokeswoman for West Midlands Ambulance Service, upon arrival, medical personnel found the injured motorcyclist being assisted by an off-duty doctor.
The motorcyclist was assessed and determined to have potentially life-threatening injuries.
He received advanced trauma care at the scene before being transported to Queen Elizabeth Hospital with medics accompanying him for ongoing treatment.
