Warwickshire Police charge man with murder following woman's death in Dosthill

Tributes are being paid to Christina Alexander.

A man has been charged with murder by Warwickshire Police following the death of a woman in Dosthill.

60 year old Christina Alexander died at a home on Ascot Drive on Monday.

Paying tribute - her siblings have released a statement. It said: “Our eldest sister cared and looked after us and was always there for us anytime, night or day, she always put us first, before herself.

“Tina was kind, caring, bubbly, with a great sense of humour, she was looking forward to enjoying the rest of her life after retiring as a nurse, a profession that she was immensely proud of.

“We love you Big Sis, you’re always in our hearts. God Bless.”

65 year old Robert Alexander is due before Coventry Magistrates Court today.
