A car was seen speeding and being driven dangerously through Tipton
A man has been charged with drug driving and dangerous driving after a car failed to stop for police during a pursuit in Tipton.
West Midlands Police pursued a car through Tipton which was speeding and being driven dangerously.
Mohammed Ismaeel, 20, from West Bromwich has been charged with several driving offences including dangerous driving, failing to stop, and driving whilst unfit through drugs.
He is due to appear before court next month.
A second man, aged 25 who was arrested on suspicion of theft of motor vehicle and possession of class A and class B drugs has been bailed pending further enquiries.
