Man charged after fatal Walsall collision
He's accused of causing death by dangerous driving
A man has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving after a collision in Walsall.
Jose Sanchez-Rodriguez, 58, was charged after a fatal collision on the M6 near Walsall earlier this week.
Sanchez-Rodriguez was remanded in custody to appear at Birmingham Magistrates Court today (8 October).
The police investigation into the collision is continuing.
