A man has been charged after a nine-year-old boy was seriously hurt in a collision in Kings Norton, Birmingham.
A man has been charged after a nine-year-old boy was seriously hurt in a collision in Kings Norton, Birmingham.
Two cars collided on Masshouse Lane at the junction of Shannon Road shortly before 6pm on Tuesday (28 July).
A nine-year-old boy is still in hospital in a critical condition.
A woman in her 60s was also injured.
James Connors, 32, has since been charged with causing serious injury by dangerous driving, dangerous driving, and driving whilst disqualified and without insurance.
He is due at Birmingham Magistrates Court today.
Police are still appealing for anyone with dashcam footage to get in touch.
