Four arrested following Kings Heath murder
Four people are being questioned after a man was murdered in Kings Heath, Birmingham.
Four people have been arrested after a man was murdered in Kings Heath, Birmingham, including a 23-year-old man on suspicion of murder.
Craig Dean, 53, was attacked on Springfield Road at around 5pm on 7 July and died in hospital two days later.
The 23-year-old was arrested yesterday on suspicion of murder and remains in police custody.
Three other people - two men, aged 23 and 31, and a 34-year-old woman - are being held on suspicion of assisting an offender. They also remain in police custody.
Detective Inspector Dan Jarratt, who is leading the investigation, said: "Our thoughts remain with Mr Dean's loved ones and we are continuing with our work to establish exactly what happened.
"The investigation is moving at pace and we'd ask anyone who we've not yet spoken with, but who thinks they can help, to get in touch."
Police are keeping in touch with Mr Dean's family and are offering support.
