Tribute to 'beautiful' Walsall man who died after being hit by lorry

The family of a "beautiful person" who died after being hit by a lorry in Great Wyrley have paid tribute to him.
Emergency services were called at around 1.50pm on 29 June to Walsall Road, following reports of a crash between a lorry and pedestrian.
The pedestrian, 66-year-old James Taylor, from Walsall, was taken to hospital but died a short time later.
Paying tribute to him, his family said: “James was a very quiet, beautiful person who would do anything for anyone.
“He was an avid Aston Villa fan and had just retired and was looking forward to working on his motorcycles and spending time with his family.
“He will be sadly missed.”
Officers are continuing to appeal for information or footage which could help their investigation.
