Four men jailed after Birmingham drugs line shutdown
Police say the men all worked together in running the drugs line
Four men have been sentenced to prison terms following the dismantlement of a Class A drugs operation in north Birmingham, known as the 'KP drugs line'.
The County Lines Taskforce initiated an investigation into the operation, identifying a set of telephone numbers associated with the supply of heroin and crack cocaine to users in the area.
Lewis Simpson, Connor Milner-Burns, Ryan Bowen, and Dylan Ford were found to have collaborated in running the drugs line, using multiple vehicles to facilitate their activities.
Extensive detective work unravelled the network's operations, leading to multiple vehicle stops and assembling evidence to bring down the drugs line.
The four individuals were charged with conspiracy to supply Class A drugs, covering the period between November 2024 and July 2025, culminating in their arrests.
Last Friday, 22nd May, at Birmingham Crown Court, all four men entered guilty pleas.
Lewis Simpson, 25, from Kingsley Bank Way, Birmingham, received a seven-year sentence.
Connor Milner-Burns, 23, from Willcare Road, Birmingham, was sentenced to four years and nine months.
Ryan Bowen, 20, from Rawdon Grove, Birmingham, received a six-year and six-month sentence.
Dylan Ford, 26, without a fixed address, was sentenced to five years and six months.
Investigating officer, Jim Gooderidge said: "There can be no doubt from our enquiries that these men were responsible for supplying a variety of drugs, which we know bring misery to communities.
“This is a message to other drug dealers that we’re not letting up in our work to disrupt drug networks across the West Midlands.”
