Third man charged with attempted murder over Birmingham Victoria Square stabbing
An eighteen-year-old suffered potentially life-changing injuries in June
A third man has been charged with attempted murder after a teenager was stabbed in Birmingham's Victoria Square.
West Midlands Police's Major Crime Unit has been investigating since an 18-year-old man suffered potentially life-changing injuries during the attack on the evening of 23rd June.
A 17-year-old boy was also assaulted in the same incident and sustained facial injuries.
Man charged
Hashratullah Nabizada, aged 24, of no fixed address, was arrested on Friday evening and charged with attempted murder on Saturday morning, police said.
He has been remanded in custody and is due to appear before magistrates in Birmingham on Monday.
He is the third man to be charged with attempted murder in connection with the attack.
28 year old Obaidullah Mamozai and 25 year old Niazal Rahmanullah have been previously remanded in custody accused of attempted murder.
