Arrest made following Handsworth stabbing
Yassin Alama died on the 16th November
Officers investigating the murder of Yassin Alama have made an arrest.
A 17-year-old boy was arrested from a property in Birmingham yesterday on suspicion of murder.
An 18-year-old was also arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender.
Yassin’s family have been updated on the latest developments, and police say they continue to support them.
Officers say they are continuing their enquiries after Yassin was fatally stabbed in Handsworth on 16 November.
