Damage by recent storms have led to the temporary closure of steps to Durdle Door beach.

The Lulworth estate said the closure was for the safety of visitors.

Access to the Man O'War beach remains open and visitors are being encouraged to enjoy the area but should follow all posted guidance and avoid restricted zones.

A spokesperson said, “Weather conditions may continue to affect the coastline and the Lulworth Estate team encourages everyone to exercise caution and respect temporary closures put in place for public safety.”
