Two large pouches of tobacco were taken in a burglary

Police in Poole are investigating a burglary, after entry was gained to a property on Blandford Road.

The break-in happened overnight last Wednesday (14th May) into Thursday morning (15th May), near the junction with New Quay Road.

Two large pouches of tobacco were taken.

PC Alice Beavon, of Poole police, said: “An examination of the scene was carried out and enquiries are underway to identify the suspect.

“I would ask anyone who saw or heard any suspicious activity in the area to please get in touch.

“Also, if you have any CCTV footage from Blandford Road between the relevant timeframe that might assist my investigation, please come forward.”
