Boscombe photography shop targeted in burglary

A male offender took three cameras from a store on Christchurch Road

Three cameras have been stolen from a photography shop in Boscombe during a burglary there - with a police appeal for witnesses.

First Point on Christchurch Road was broken into at around 2.00am Sunday morning (23rd March).

A male suspect is then thought to have cycled away towards Harewood Avenue.

PC Amy Evans, of Boscombe police, said: “This type of crime can have a significant impact upon a business and we are doing all we can to identify the person responsible.

“I am appealing to anyone who saw or heard any suspicious activity in the area around the relevant time to please come forward.

“Also, I would like to speak to anyone who may have captured anything of significance on either CCTV or dashcam footage.”
