The royal family is set to converge on Kemble, a village near Cirencester in Gloucestershire, for the wedding of Peter Phillips, the son of the Princess Royal.

Scheduled for Saturday, 6th June 2026, the private ceremony will take place at All Saints Church as Peter Phillips marries NHS nurse Harriet Sperling.

Expected guests include the King and Queen, the Prince and Princess of Wales, Mike and Zara Tindall, and the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh.

However, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Harry and Meghan, will not attend, amid reports suggesting they were left off the guest list.

Mr Phillips, the late Queen Elizabeth II's eldest grandson, will be joined by his children Savannah, 15, and Isla, 14, as well as Ms Sperling’s teenage daughter Georgina.

Peter Phillips' half-sister Stephanie, who previously served as a bridesmaid at his first wedding, is also expected to be part of the congregation.

Located at the heart of Kemble, All Saints Church is cherished as a central part of village life.

Peter Phillips resides nearby on Gatcombe Park estate in Minchinhampton, owned by his mother, Princess Anne.

The 48-year-old King’s nephew separated from his first wife Autumn in 2020, maintaining shared custody of their two children.

Their previous wedding took place in 2008 at St George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle.

Peter Phillips began dating Harriet Sperling in 2024, announcing their engagement in August last year.

The couple recently attended Royal Ascot as guests of Charles and Camilla, participating in the traditional carriage procession.

The wedding coincides with the Epsom Derby, prompting the King and Queen to leave promptly for the races, where they are set to present the trophy to the winner.
