Two injured after collision in Eaglescliffe

A collision has resulted in two people being injured on Long Newton Lane, Eaglescliffe.

The incident happened at around 1:20pm yesterday and involved a Vauxhall Corsa and a Land Rover.

One male driver sustained what are believed to be minor injuries and the other driver, also male, sustaining several fractures. He attended James Cook University Hospital for treatment.
