A tennis coach in Teesside says Wimbledon's helping to inspire young people to take on the sport.

Today's the last day of the tournament in London.

Jo Cunliffe said: "One of the best things that I see around this time is young people in community settings or playing in the street or playing in their park, playing with swing ball and imagining that they are down at SW19 playing on the court.

"Not everybody is going to have that chance to either go and see Wimbledon in person or ultimately play on those grass courts. But what it does do is it creates that magic of imagination, the descriptions of hitting a ball on the grass, the crowd, the grunts from the players.

"Although not everybody can have the chance to go down to Wimbledon, you will see across the whole country people having that feeling and that magic and they create that themselves within their villages, their parks, their streets, their community centres and it just simply cannot be beaten."
