Four teenagers charged after e-bike and cash robbery in Middlesbrough

Middlesbrough CID officers have charged four teenagers following a robbery involving an 18-year-old man on Marshall Avenue, Middlesbrough.
The incident occurred on the evening of 5th August when the victim, while riding an e-bike, was confronted by a Ford Focus that blocked his path.
Four suspects exited the vehicle, reportedly threatening the man with a knife before stealing his KTM e-bike and £300 in cash.
Fortunately, the victim was unhurt during the encounter.
Matrix officers later identified the Ford Focus on Portrack Lane, arresting three males aged 17, 18, and 18.
They were charged with robbery and appeared at Teesside Magistrates Court on 7th August.
A fourth teenager, aged 17, was subsequently apprehended and charged with robbery alongside driving offences.
His court appearance is scheduled for today, 8th August, at Teesside Magistrates Court.
