Durham police say they were called out yesterday, over reports of concern for the welfare of a person at the college
The teenager was pronounced dead at the scene - and officer say his death is not suspicious, and a file will be prepared for the coroner.
Yesterday, the North East Ambulance Service gave the following statement, after emergency services were pictured outside the college;

A statement from the Great North Air Ambulance said;
"Our critical care team was activated at 1.35pm to an incident at Queen Elizabeth Sixth Form in Darlington.
"We had two doctors and a paramedic on a rapid response vehicle and they arrived on scene at 1.47pm."
We have reached out to the college for a statement as well.
