An incident in Grove Hill has been reported to Cleveland Police
Cleveland Police have charged a man with attempted child abduction following an incident in Middlesbrough.
It happened in the Grove Hill area on Wednesday.
A 43-year-old man is due to appear at Teesside Magistrates Court today.
