2 men killed on A66 are named

Two men who died following a collision last night on the A66 near Long Newton can now be named.

Two men who died following a collision last night on the A66 near Long Newton can now be named.

They are Arthur Seaman, aged 84, from Norton and Keith McCartney, aged 41, from Grangetown. The men were travelling in separate vehicles and both died at the scene.

Cleveland police say their families are being supported by specially trained officers and their thoughts are with them at this extremely difficult time.

Anyone with information, any witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage is asked to contact the force.
