A 12 year old boy's been arrested - in connection with a racially aggravated attack on a family home in Grangetown.
It happened last week, and the boy was taken into police custody this morning, where he's being questioned.
A group of young people were reported to be throwing stones and fireworks at the house - on Birchington Avenue on the evening of Thursday 16 October.
They then proceeded to attack police and damage a police vehicle when officers arrived to deal with the incident.
A 16-year-old boy who was arrested on Saturday 18 October has been released on conditional bail.
As part of the investigation, officers are encouraging members of the community to come forward with footage and information.
They are keen to hear from anyone, in particular young people, who may know who is responsible.
