4 Ambulances out of use after thefts in Stockton

Four emergency ambulances are now off the road after thieves stole the catalytic converter from each vehicle in the early hours of today, Monday 11th August.

It’s believed two suspects broke into a compound in the Portrack area of Stockton at around 4am and removed the items – leading to a repair cost of more than £11, 000 across the four vehicles.

We would appeal for anyone with information and anyone with any relevant footage of suspicious activity in the area to contact Cleveland Police on the 101 number quoting ref 151386.
