A woman's denied causing the death of a teenager who was knocked down by a car in Swindon.
1\4 year-old Harry Parker died after a crash on Akers Way in Swindon on 25 November 2022.
5\2 year-old Ivy Mwangi appeared at Swindon Crown Court this morning.
She pleaded guilty to driving without a licence - but maintains her plea of not guilty to death by careless or inconsiderate driving.
A charge of driving without insurance is being reviewed on the 27th June.
Mwangi was released on bail and a trial date has been set for 24th February 2025.
