Wiltshire Police numbers bolstered by 20 new constables
The group have been handed their first warrant cards
Wiltshire Police has welcomed twenty new Constables into its ranks.
The group has completed it's initial training course of 23 weeks and will now join their teams across the county.
Chief of Corporate Services John Derryman welcomed the new police constables into the Force, presenting them with their warrant cards in his first passing out ceremony since joining the Wiltshire Force last year.
Police and Crime Commissioner Philip Wilkinson was also in attendance during a stormy afternoon at Devizes Rugby Club.
The pass out ceremony is not only a celebration of their individual achievements, but also a celebration of the combined effort by the recruitment team, vetting, occupational health, and stores as well as the family and friends who support them.
The student officers are wished the best of luck in their new career with the Police.
